I have to admit getting up at 5.30 on a cold winters morning to go and exercise is not something I jump out of bed to do.
Here are just a few reasons that motivate me to get from horizontal to vertical.
Knowing that by 7am it will be all over and I will be feeling great.
Having a great bunch of ladies to train with and a great trainer.
Helps keep my mind and body connected.
It's my insurance policy for later on in life.
Oh and there's the sex bit too. NO surprises that keeping fit is linked to a healthy sex life.
